Johns Island Conservancy is a non-profit, tax exempt 501(c)3 corporation (IRS verification). We raise funds through donations from individuals and organizations on Johns Island and the surrounding areas. We also seek grants from foundations, governement sources and other institutions as appropriate for specific projects.
Live Oak Logo
The live oak image we use for our logo is a watercolor by Robert O’Brien of Austin TX. He is a nationally recognized artist and designer as well as a creative project manager. His art focuses on raising awareness and appreciation for the natural world. This objective fits in perfectly with the mission of the Conservancy. Mr. O’Brien has been kind enough to let us use this image for our logo. He retains the full copyrights.
